When i try to log in i get this message: “Second life can not be accessed from this computer. If u feel this is an error please contact support@secondlife.com”. I read that this is some kind of block for misbehaviour. I have done ABSOLUTELLY NOTHING WRONG and i have some deadlines in world to respect. I already emailed support@secondlife.com but i am afraid their answer might take days. If someone reads this could they ask live help to look into this so HOPEFULLY i will be ablle to login again normally as soon as possible. Thank you. If anyone wants to contact me plz do at golamamadeus AT hotmail.com (as i can not access sl, i am not able to see my IM’s).

Hi, Golam. You’ve taken the right steps: 1. read the knowledge base about the error message(最新知识库已经搜索, 没有发现该错误) and 2. in this case, contact support. To ensure that Support can best determine what block has been placed and why it was added, be sure to include in the email your Second Life account name, as well as any Second Life accounts that log in from that location. As the KB details, it’s possible that someone else using the same computer has done something to cause the block. Support will help you sort it out.

原因:
1). 检查您的显卡是否符合运行第二人生客户端程序的需求.
比如最低需求:
nVidia GeForce 2, GeForce 4mx, 或者更高
或者 ATI Radeon 8500, 9250, 或者更高

为什么要提到这一点, 因为经过实际测试后发现如显卡使用RADEON Xpress 200M, 客户端程序
会报以上错误, 换了Nvidia显卡后不再报上面错误.
2). 您的帐号被临时阻止访问第二人生. 所以换机器也无济于事.

帐户注册后有无激活? 显卡驱动是否更新到最新的驱动版本? 如果您还没有最新到的最新的驱动版本, 请下载和安装下面的程序:

我近来想买一小块土地来住
可是却不知道该买mainland 或 private land
因为听说private land 风险比较大，好像是说万一岛主把land卖掉
玩家向旧岛主所购买小块土地也会一起卖给新岛主
导致亏很多！！

由于林登实验室不负责处理私人小岛的业务问题, 所以存在这样的风险. 尽可能找一个信誉好的岛主, 了解岛主(landowner)的方式和注意事项: 在官方论坛的居民回答版面(Resident Answers)或参加公开在线小组咨询岛主的信誉, 仔细了解合约, 查看landowner加入第二人生的时间, 或者询问几位住在小岛上的居民.
